One of the great things about Casa Roja is that the menu is constantly varies based upon what we buy from the local fishermans, what is fresh on the market. If you're a regular, you know that there are a few standards that our chefs Mario and Paul tends to rotate through the menu, but for the most part, you will be delighted to see all kinds of new dishes each time you come visit the restaurant.
